In drawing up the Code of Conduct, the Company wishes to put together a set of rules and regulations by which all members of the organization, from top management right down to employees and collaborators, should abide. The aim is to instil a common company policy based on loyalty, equality and integrity and so work together as a team to make the most of all the resources at hand to fulfil the targets which have been and will be set for the good of the Company.
The application of the code is therefore the tool with which the Company will strive to encourage and regulate a certain professional conduct and so prevent the risk of any improper events occurring.
All guidelines and internal procedures by which the Company carries out its daily activities must conform to the principles and regulations outlined in the present Code of Conduct.
Improper behaviour, which would infringe the present regulations, are sanctioned accordingly by the Company.
